Motivational speaker Mark Mason
Mark brings more than 25 years of experience across real estate, finance, and healthcare development.
He has been an award-winning Realtor with Coldwell Banker, a top-producing loan officer at Mountain America Credit Union, and the owner of a real estate and construction business. He currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at PetVet365, where he leads national site selection, leasing, and pet hospital development—working closely with operators, developers, and partners to build sustainable, owner-driven businesses.
In addition to his professional work, Mark is a motivational speaker, sharing real-world life and career experiences around leadership, resilience, and navigating change.
Mark is a father of four, and has been married to his wife Lynise for 29 years. Mark is also a street mural artist with public works found in Utah County, St George, Logan and Vernal. He enjoys skiing, biking, and hiking—usually with his two dogs nearby.
